We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfill an order if you proceed with one. Submissions are stored in our internal system so our team can track and respond to requests, and are not sold or shared with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order (for example, a supplier or shipping carrier) or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small, functional session cookie strictly to keep the contact form secure (it protects against a class of automated form abuse) and to remember your scroll position as you browse - not for tracking or advertising.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city or region level), and what kind of device and browser they use. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this information on Google's servers, which may be outside Canada. We do not use it for advertising, we have turned off Google's advertising and cross-device features, and nothing you type into the contact form is sent to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will work normally.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained as part of our normal business and customer service records. If you'd like a copy of the information we hold about you, or would like it deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.
