Professional-grade rotary-engraved plastic bird bands for wildlife research, conservation, and breeding programs. Made from UV-stable ABS plastic that withstands outdoor conditions. Deep engraving ensures text remains legible for years. Available in multiple thicknesses to suit different bird sizes and banding methods.
Bands are corner-rounded with a thick UV acrylic cap suitable for outdoor use. 1/32" bands can be brittle in cold weather and are prone to breaking when fitting a bird - warm water during application helps, and we recommend ordering 10-20% extra. We can accommodate custom icons, logos, phone/website text, and other requirements such as size and placement. This product is becoming harder to source, so please confirm your colour combination is still available before ordering.

Face/Core — The first color is the surface, the second is the engraved text.
Standard bird band colour combinations: Red/White, Yellow/Black, Orange/White, Orange/Black, Blue/White, White/Black, Black/White, and Green/White. Custom colours may require minimum sheet quantities and longer lead time.
Thin material is generally finished as a spiral double wrap, 1.5 wrap, or single wrap with slight overlap.
